New Tires...HELP!!

So I went from stock sport wheels and tires to 33's and now there seems to be side-to-side movement. I was thinking that maybe it has something to do with the trackbar but I don't think it is "death wobble". Any help would be great!!!

Check the balance on your wheels. I just put on a three and half inch lift and rotated my 32's and had a bad side-to-side shake between 50 and 60mph. It would go away over 60mph but got worse the longer i stayed between 50-60mph. Since I installed a new kit I blamed it on improper torque. Went through three times checking torque, still no fix. Looked for wear patterns or anything that moved while a friend moved the wheel left to right, nothing. I tried different tire pressures, nothing. Went to Walmart with wife which i knew would take a while so i said a twenty dollar wheel balance what could it hurt. No movement since. For twenty bucks it can't hurt.

I will try that but the movement is all the time no matter what speed and never gets less or more.
