What is the part number for this? It looks pretty cool.

The trunk part number is: 82210313 add a trunk 211.60

The soft top boot part number is: 82209912 soft top boot 144.90

The prices were off of the MOPAR Jeep webpage...I paid less for the trunk...maybe the same for the boot.

It's fairly sturdy, reinforced with metal in key locations on the inside. The instructions said it could support 80lbs. It's really easy to install...and made for easy removal. It was easier to put together/install than the XCargo carrier I used with my Grand Cherokee.

I'm not sure, but I think it might be the same trunk Besttop sells. Anyone know for sure?

I didn't like the add-a-trunk because it does not fit with the factory sub woofer - also, isn't it plastic?

THis box I got - you can stand on it - it can take a lot of weight and is like a safe -

Here is the link to the Add-A-Trunk if you prefer it.

I've seen pics of the add-a-trunk with the sub-woofer installed...I don't have the sub. It is plastic--double-walled with metal re-inforcement; seems pretty sturdy though.

I do like the box you got. I was looking at those and was planning on getting one. I needed to be able to slide boxes in from the back though, so the trunk was a better solution for me. The metal box solution would be more secure though I would think. Were you able to attach it to the seat bolts? ...that what I was thinking of trying if I got one.

All sites that sell add-a-trunk say no Sub Woofer or Sub Woofer needs to be removed - there is also another kind of trunk that you can cut out for the Sub, but some folks here tried it and did not like it - I also thought that the trunk would rattle from the bass -

I am bolting it down this weekend and will take pics -

The floor under the box is completely open - so will probably drill through - however I will take a look at the seat bolts -

I think if I use the seat bolts, then I will need to fabricate a bracket - also a concern is that they could unbolt it - however, if they are willing to go that far, they are willing to use a crow bar the other way -

Stay tuned....
