Next mod? Aev hood or 50' rigid light bar?
hey everyone, ive been saving up my money for my next mod and i am debating which one to buy first. a aev hood painted to match for like 1400 or the rigid industries SR led light bar for 1,150. just curious what yall would do next? heres how my jeep sits today

Do you wheel in water? Do you wheel at night? Those are my main questions.
If you wheel in water then go with the hood. Makes adding the AEV snorkel a snap and you don't ruin your factory hood if you ever want to go back to stock. Also, the AEV hood "supposedly" cools your engine more so that is a real benefit if the claims are true.
If you happen to wheel a ton at night or live in a rural area with no traffic and no lights on the road then do the light bar. Off-road lights are more about looks than function UNLESS you are wheeling at night or can actually use them on the road. Most are illegal to turn on while street driving so I find the functionality to be rather usless in most cases. You already have a set of off-road lights so....

I vote hood! There are much cheaper light options that you could do and accomplish both! I run duallly LEDs and LED rock lights. The total cost of the 4 LED's and the 6 rock lights was under $400.

Both are completely useless in a real world application....but, having both, I have to say they kick ass!
I'd go with the 50" first, it's heading into winter .... So it'll be dark more than it will be hot
