Not yet, but I need to. I use mine to control my GoPro when I'm wheeling. I was shown a cool mount not too long ago that I believe goes into the CD player, but I'll have to look into it more. There are a few companies out there that make some nice mounts, though. Joy Factory makes some really nice ones that bolt down using the passenger front seat bolt and have carbon fiber arms. Little pricey, though, at like $150.

Mark Doiron has one in his. I am running an acer Iconia 210 in my rig using a Padholdr mount and a few nav programs. Works awesome.

Bluetooth streaming audio, nav and mapping etc all right at my finger tips!

In what way? I just bought one yesterday. My plan to mount it is use a Cooltech mount (to get a mounting point on the jeep), then a RAM mount to mount the tablet to the Cooltech mount.

I shamelessly stole the idea from Mark Doiron (forum member here under that name). I don't have the post handy, but in the 80 page thread on Expo jeeps, he posted a video (that I took these screen shots from).

Here's a video (that I took the above pics from) where he talks about everything.

Tablet Holders for Wrangler 08-12 Jeep - iPad Tablet Mounts

This is the place of the mount I am using. the edge series with the added accessory phone dock.

neat and tidy, plus I can access my stereo when the tablet is out of the vehicle.

Looks good. But it's not cheap either. I paid $55 for the case and flat surface swivel mount (and shipping), and $35 or so for the CoolTech mount shipped. Mark said there's some vibration, but he said it isn't enough to be an issue while on the road.

Also, if the OP has an 11+ I'm not sure they could fit that beside the stock stereo without doing some trimming.

Nope its not cheap, but it's the best. mine is an 11. and padholdr says it fits. I would rather have something that does not vibrate and its not in the way of my stereo or wife when using it or not. its the best option imo, plus the available phone holder is a plus!

Sorry about the audio quality. There are links on the YouTube video page for a list of hardware I used.
