Noise from the driveshaft or underneath near the rear will well?

I have 2016 JK sport 2 door with an automatic trans with 3.21 gears. I had a TF 2.5 coil lift installed with shocks, 285/70r17 Nitto Ridgegrappler tires on fuel offset rims. I also added new bumpers and fenders.

Since I upgraded I notice a grinding sounding noise underneath sounding like it's coming from the drive shaft. It's a strange noise and only happens when I accelerate up a hill.

I read in another thread that it could be the exhaust manifold and an easy fix is using metal clamps along the exhaust manifold.

I'm taking it in for a quick inspection at another jeep specialist to get their opinion.

I also noticed a leak in my passenger floorboard under the carpet. Not sure where this is coming from but I took out the carpet to dry that extra pad which was wet and then placed the rubber floor mat on the metal floor, which I kinda like, it looks like an old school jeep with the red metal floorboard showing. Any idea what my be causing the leak? The drivers side is fine.

One more issue, I removed the stock fenders and placed bushwacker flats, there is now a flapping noise of some kind coming from the passenger rear well as if the inner fender isn't secure and is flapping in the wind, but when I check, it's secure.

Is this all normal once you dive into modifying your jeep?

Can't say for sure on the grinding noise. Maybe mount a go-pro underneath and post a vid of you going uphill?

I know the floorboard leak has happened to many other JKs. Can't remember if it was AC related or what but do a quick search here on the forum and I'm pretty sure several threads will pop up on it....

I know our JKs aren't low drag F40's or GT40's but I wonder if removing your inner fenders has caused some additional drag/turbulence within the fender wells. You sure it's not your rear seat belt flapping in the wind? Mine flaps like hell but that's with the top off lol....
