Hi , I just did my first 150 miles on my jeep after the lift and tires , it shows 15.5-16.6 avg mpg at 70MPH, I have 3.5" lift and 35" tires..... So is this good or average or bad , are those numbers right for this setup?

Sounds good, did you reprogram for the 35s?

It's way to soon to tell. There are too many variables in that short a distance for the data to mean anything.
Run a coulpe of tankfuls through it and calculate by hand.

Like said above, reprogram for the bigger tires, if you have not done that.
