are there any pics around without the fender flares?? For those of us in states that dont require flares beyond the tires I'd really like to see some stubby flares. Something that allows a lot of tire to be seen!

JP just told me Mopar is designing tube fenders for us. they are usually pretty pricey, but hey, we've got to start somewhere. besides, it can't cost much more than the nearly 700 for bushwackers...

Well... I may be the only one, but I really don't like the Bushwacker flares at all. They almost have an "S&M bondage" kind of look to them...

The Willys Flat Fender idea sounds like something that's more up my alley. I like a more low key, old Military/Jeep Safari kind of look over the "watch out 'cause I'm a leather wearing badass who's gonna kill you for looking at me" look.

(no offense to the leather wearing badasses on the board, of course!)

Almost ANYTHING cheaper than the $680 Bushwacker flares would be nice.

LOL!! No, negative feedback on their wannabe hummer/TJ abortion of a fender design. The owner told me flat out that he didn't like the flat fender and thought he would only be able to sell them to a small percent of the market and so he was hard pressed to put it into production.

He should call poison spyder, smittybilt, BTF and ask them how many flat fenders they sold for TJ's and YJ's.

I was really hoping they would come through with that design.

Didn't think he could sell them? What a moron.

I would like someone to design a small flare like peice that would fill the gap where the factory fender flares dish into the body. To make it all smooth. So that there was nothing sticking out from the body.
