Opinions on my bent axle
My axle is slightly bent. There's no vibration or pulling. Is it minor enough that I can truss it ( to prevent further bending ) and call it good?

Did you do something that makes you THINK you bent it, or are you going just by the alignment alone? You jumping sand dunes baja style? Do you still have factory ball joints?

Your axle isn't bent. In fact that alignment readout doesn't even really surprise me.
My camber was at like -1.8 on my driver side. My lower ball joint was also shot (F*ck Teraflex, what a load of garbage).
I really wouldn't worry about it, your C is either slightly bent or your ball joint is going out/is toast. If its over -3 degrees, then I honestly...still wouldn't worry about it. Over -4 then sure, you can worry. A lot of BMW guys actually like running -3 degrees(ish) because they can corner better
Do a ball joint test. If your ball joints are fine, then just keep driving it and maybe rotate your tires every 3k miles instead of 5k (or whatever your current interval is).

I've replaced my ball joints a couple times. I just checked them again and they're good. I recently needed a lot of momentum to climb a sand dune. I was focused so much on the dune I missed the ruts at the bottom of it and caught a little air. Maybe a foot. That's what urged me to get the alignment checked.
