So for someone who doesn't wheel a lot, are those extras worth the $$?

Sorry if this seems simple but I'm clueless.

To do the lift right, I would say yes they should get it. You will get the full benefit with the SC kit and your road manners/handling will be night and day.

Does anyone know if the SC kit eliminates the use of those cam bolts found on the ST kit?

I am interested in this kit but worried about that cam bolt feature....

They use drop down brackets and the stock control arms. AEV states the bushing on the stock arms are very durable along with the stock arms being much stronger than the TJ's so they utilize the stock parts

Picked up my AEV 3.5" lift yesterday up here in Canada. Couldn't wait to get home and open up all the boxes. Will be waiting a little bit before installing the lift because I am waiting to find tires for a half descent price, very hard to find up here in Canada.

It’s not even my jeep and I am sitting here at work getting as excited about you getting your lift as you are. Hell I'm ready to call in sick tomorrow and come help install it. I will be ordering this lift next week so I can’t wait. By the way thought you might like to read this thread. I will also be doing this at the same time. Good luck and can’t wait to see some pics.

By the way if anybody in the Charlotte area is going to get this lift I know a shop that has a great price if you are installing it yourself. Great guys to talk to as well.
