Default out of round tire

So I got new fallen wild peaks in 33x12.5x17 just before Christmas. Mounted, road forced, force matched, and balanced them myself. A week ago I noticed vibration coming from the rear tires. Inspected tires and one tire is wobbling bad.

Just took it to direct tire to get a claim for falken but they can't do anything because of the wheel spacers.

Any help?

i would take the wheel in question off, run your spare and then take the one you want rebalanced back to them. now they don't have to deal with your wheel spacer.

Do you have experience with mounting and balancing tires yourself? Or did you just feel like trying it out and saving some $$$? Reason I ask is, maybe you did it wrong and should bring it to a local tire place and have them remount and balance? This way, if the problem persists...you can go back to them and see if they can fix it and if not, pinpoint that it's the tire and/or wheel.

Just some food for thought....

I saw that they took off the wheel and ran it on the balance machine though.

I would do what WOL said, and perhaps it needs to be reseated on the rim and rebalanced?

I'm a technician at a Chevrolet dealership. We have a hunter balance machine here and I've done pretty much every method. What if I flip the tire itself?

I'm going to say that I had the same issue with one of my Wildpeaks. Discount tire direct did replace it as it needed about 12oz+ of weight to balance. They told me that their threshold is 8oz. after that they get a different tire. Another suggestion and something Discount tire also told me they try is to break the tire/rim back down and spin the tire. Do 12, 3, 6, 9 o'clock rotation and rebalance each time before declaring it our of round. Mine have been great ever since, have over 15K+ miles on them with no issues.

Yeah I'll flip and road force as well as force match, which is the latter method you described and get back to you on that.
