Post-lift ESC issue, J6 fuse questions...

Iv'e done a little research on this, but have not been able to get many answers. I just finished installing a 3" suspension lift and 35s. Took it out for a test drive and the ESC is pumping my brakes like crazy around 30mph or in a curve. I have not had an allignment done yet, and my steering wheel is not straight. I pulled the J6 fuse, and obviously, no more ESC issues. What I am wondering is, are there any long term effects if I decide not to put that fuse back in? My jeep is not under warranty, and I am not worried about ABS. Dash lights don't bother me either. (because I know why they are on) I tried the "steering wheel dance" till I was blue in the face with no luck. So, is it bad to just leave the fuse out for a few months? Any help appreciated! Thanks!

It's an 08 Sahara Unlimited BTW.

You need to adjust your drag link in order to straighten out your steering wheel. Takes like five minutes. After doing this your ESC problems should disappear.

Here's a link to a good alignment how-to. Quick fix as stated above.
