I have the Currie lift, and as per the instructions I set them to stock length. Seems to track straight, pulls a little right when I slam on the breaks. I have been waiting to do an alignment because my shocks were on backorder and I have the stock ones on.

Rides like stock. Even my wife had to admit it. No vibes, minimal bump steer, no wobble. My only problem is this drift I'm experiencing to the left. Some say its the tires, others say it a bent c axel and some say that I have to lengthen the front driver LCA or shorten the front passenger LCA. Hopefully the problem will be resolved on saturday.
The Teraflex installation guide says that the drivers side should be 23 1/8" and the passenger side should be 23 1/4" on the lower arms. This provides 4.5 caster...

The problem you will have with that, Unless you have extremely flat control arms, when the suspension cycles, the tire will get into the rear panel pretty bad if you are trying to get it centered at ride height if you are running anything larger than 33's

The way mine are setup, and probably everyone elses, the 35" tire tucks in perfect with a 3" lift

That's because some JKs have the tendency to drift to the right. In my case my drivers side LCA should be longer(about 1/8") since my JK drifts to left. Remember I use Superlift adj control arms. Hopefully this Saturday problem will be solved and I will post my new measurements.

By the way, my caster is 6.7 driver and 6.6 passenger.

Default Update

UPDATE:

New measurements of my front lower control arms:

23.75" passenger
24.00" driver

Caster: 7.1 driver 7.2 passenger

It turns out that my left drift is my passenger side camber(0.98) I just ordered a off set ball joint. Lets see how things work out. With the new caster I'm not 100% happy the way its handling. Its feels a little loose when the road has some dips in it. It might be just me. I think we need to verify the toe again. Its that or my Fox SS needs to be tuned again.

Default New update

NEW UPDATE

Yesterday I had a offset ball joint install on the passenger side and now the left drift is gone.

I also changed my front LCA lengths again following the advice of WOL. My control arms were too long which could damage the bushings of my front trackbar.

23 1/4" passenger
23 3/8" driver

The driver side LCA is a 1/8" longer because I was afraid that the offset ball joint wouldn't be enough. Looks like I guessed right since my JK rides straight.

Specialty Products Company
23520 1.0 degree ball joint

Try NAPA too. I ordered from SPC since NAPA is no longer in PR.

Good luck!
