Default Best Sliders

I am getting the Jeep ready for some rocks and need to pick some sliders. I have done a lot of looking and still am kinda clueless.
Are the body mounted or frame mounted the strongest? What would be some suggestions with ones with a step to get the short girlfriend in? Also not looking to spend 1000. Thanks.

Have you put these to some abuse? What all do they mount to?

Arb or poison spyder. I know people with both and they have no complaints. If your willing to drop the cash my vote is the JK 2/4-Dr Brawler Rockers(TM) (Steel) by poison spyder

I have the EVO and they are beefy. They can even be used to lift the JK. No step though but it is possible to step on them when they aren't wet.
