My RK2.5" with their newest generation triple rate springs gave me 2.75" up front and 2.5" in back running fairly light. Ie stock bumpers, mopar frond skid and VR10000S winch with Rockhard winch plate on a 14 jkur.

I got about 3" with mine. No winch. Stubby bumper that weighed about the same as stock.

Did you just do the coils and keep stock shocks?
