Just order from Rivercityoffroad, just recently bought a 2.5" RK flex lift and fox shocks from and he has some of the best customer service around, fast responses and great knowledge of the parts you are buying from him. Not to mention his prices were the best out of everyone!!

Thanks again Marcus

I'm not trying to knock QT. I've bought quite a bit from them and will continue to buy from them. But if I have to be on hold for 15 minutes, I'm going to hang up and call someone else.

Yes, they have great prices. Yes, they ship fast. Yes, the customer service is usually spot on.

But not today. As someone who understands how business works, a lost sale costs way more than the profit you might have made from it.

I didn't post this to flame QT, just bringing awareness.

Oh brother, get over yourself. So what if you got put on hold. Call back later when they aren't busy.

Wow. People still use a phone to order parts or supplies. I cant remember the last time i did. Everything i order is online. Still don't understand why people use catalogues to order stuff to.

You can usually get a better price when calling. Also if you have questions about a product it's better to ask than to get it and find out it's not what you were expecting. 90% of the stuff I've done to my jeep was ordered over the phone.

4WD's product database is horrible too. Their site said a bumper would fit my JK, when it would only fit a TJ. (They did pay for return shipping though).
My daughter bought a PSC hood louvre and it was for a 2013, her Jeep is a 12, (only one washer nozzle), so she is waiting the "backorder" nonsense too.
