quick release door pins
To get the door off, if it's stuck on, place a jack under the door with a block of wood to protect it. Jack the door up; have someone hold the door while you do it. Replace any defective bushings--be prepared for the outrageous price. I believe it you decide to replace all eight (four door?) you'll be out well in excess of $150. As of last year, the only suppliers were the dealerships, but you might check with Wyckoff parts (forum sponsor) for a significant cost savings. Use a light coating of lithium grease when you reinstall the doors. Don't bother to reinstall the Torx nuts.

Many of us don't even bother with those torx heads and just leave them off. The door stays put with gravity.
