Rattle , Grinding or Vibration sound when accelerating.... help?

2009 Jeep JK Auto, 55,000kms, 5.13's, Pro Rock 44, 35's, 3" Lift

I have a Full MBRP Cat Back Exhaust and its not that heat shield at the crosspipe or muffler. When driving into 4th gear the jeeps rpm curve goes from 3,000ish down to 1700 and then back up, during this the jeep is going about 60km/h and then speed increases to 65-68km/h and is about 21-2200rpm. Its a rattle or grinding sound when on the accelerator but when you let off the gas it goes away. I'm thinking its exhaust something?

Anyone have a cure for this non sense?

transmission issue is my guess. try putting it in one gear and try to see if it does this even in a dedicated gear in the rpm range. my guess based only on ur details suggests ur transmission is about to go.

I do hear this sound from time to time in other gears at lower speeds too, just not so much. It has been getting worse and worse in the last 5 months. Mainly showing more and more at lower speeds and lower rpm. My power-train warranty ended last week.
