it's hard to see through my phone but it looks like your springs are bowed. A common problem on lifts 3" and up. That can be slightly corrected with adjustable upper control arms but could hurt your rear pinion angle. Another solution is correctionwedges sold by rock krawler and rough country or jks's bolt on spring perch (you'd have to cut the stock perch).

JEssi,

how many total miles do you have on your JK?

I'm thinking you may be due for a rear differential oil change.

the rear coils are bowing, and can be fixed with what the above person said.

Could be wrong, but it looks like your bump stops are mounted backwards as well.

I forgot to mention. You really should extend your axle vent tube. The minute you flex, that thing will pop out.

Yes, yes, yes.... fix spring perch position with one of the above mentioned methods. Extend breather/vent hoses. Double check bump stop extension position/orientation; as, I too think it's 180* off. Turning it around should clear things up. I think the manf'r intended the flange on the top of the extension to face forward; so that it will contact the bump stop even though the bump stop "perch" (OEM bump stop "landing pad") has been rotated to the rear. Remove the track bar upper bolt and flip it 180*. That should give you some extra room.
