Rear bumper/tire carrier with skid for tire
I am in the market for a rear tire carrier and or bumper. I am looking at AEV, LOD or E1 because I want the tire carrier to integrate into the gate. After a recent wheeling trip and several project JK videos I am concerned about my 37" Toyo getting caught dropping off of ledges (ie departure angle).
Is there a bumper or carrier that offers a rear skid/stinger?
I searched and found the PSC carrier, but read that there are issues with it. I have seen the hitch bar skids but I am not convinced they would be effective.
Ideas, or alternatives would be appreciated. I might just try to fabricate something if there are no good options.

Thanks. I saw this earlier. Is the bar attached to the hitch? That's what it looks like. Does anyone have experience with this setup? It still looks like there is a lot of tire to catch on lips.
I think Off Road Evolution makes really nice rear one with a stinger. However I couldn't find it on their website... Look at the JKXperience thread. EVO rig have it, you will find on page 7 i think
Have you considered T&T Customs?

Integrated tailgate operation, hand made in Cheyenne, WY. And built to your specs (spare protection). Best quality and craftmanship I have ever seen. And no, I don't work for them.
