I just got mine in this week. It's a Coast with the yolks and u-joints. What Is the effects of not using the coast yolks?

I been running Coast Front and Rear now all summer and they are both 1310's on a pretty modified 2dr with 38's . I have not had one issue at all because they have great U joints. I would recommend any driveshaft that has great customer service and good u joints. Not sure what kind Tom Woods has but I know the other driveshaft companies that were mentioned have great service and u joints.
I ordered my coast from NorthRidge and decided to only go with 1310's because I wanted a u joint that I could find at pretty much any parts store and not some special u joint.

I bought a coast from david a couple weeks ago, I'm extremely satisfied with it! Install was easy, even with changing the yokes.

Just fyi: David had the best price that I could find, plus super fast shipping. I believe I ordered it on a Monday, it arrived at my house Wednesday morning.

And for those changing yokes, you really need a new pinion nut and an in-lb torque wrench to do it properly. Lest you roll the dice on your pinion bearings.

Bubba, after almost a year since this last post - do you have an update on the success of the instal using the 160 ft. lb. method?
