Default evap kit

I talked with my local dealership service dept. and they said it would not void the warranty.

It seems to very from stealer to stealer as to what will void some part of the warranty. If you have a problem with the canister and moved it and your stealer is a a$$ they would probably say you caused it by moving it. I just put the Rock Hard over mine to be safe.

Just to let you know if you have trouble with the fuel nozzle shutting off when filling up with fuel that kink maybe the cause...mine was kinked but also my ESIM switch(white thing on the evap) was broken too. So not sure which was the actual cause. You could just cut the plastic hose with pliers and the 5/8 hose will slip right over it if it becomes a problem.

Your screwed eitherway..

If you move it, they wont warranty it.

If it gets ripped off by rocks they wont warranty it. Might as well move it and save the headache

Default i got this kit!

the instruction are crap--(sorry rock hard) but the steel bracket looks top notch. if i understand correct, you basically cut the stock tubes in half, extend 'em with the 5/8" hose & hose clamps , and hang in new location?

thanks
steve

You guys got instructions? I just opened my box and I don't see any instructions. Guess I will check their website. Should this have come with hose clamps?

From what I understand, no hose clamps. But the kit hose slides right over tge stock hoses. They also mate right over the male connections to the evap canister. Haven't had time to install it, but sorta looks straight forward. Just remember what hose gies ti what connection, or youll cross the streams!
