Rock Knob

Has anyone replaced their factory shifter knob with a Rock Knob on their JK? If so, anything special I need to know about before I order the Rock Knob?

My buddy got one for Christmas, and he told me the installation only took 5 minutes, so I am assuming it comes with everything and I know it looks awesome!! But he did tell me its freezing in the winter!
