Just now seeing this thread. This is my pic of the 3.5 max travel. All adjusted to what RK recommended. Rides awesome and kit is stout. Just noticed today during an inspection this was happening. Was going to call tomorrow since its after hours. Not a huge deal and I might need to run washers too. Just wanted your thoughts.

There's more space stock and when you remove the rake it looks to be higher in the front. The flares are not the most accurate way to measure lift height.

Can't decide what to do. I want to replace my spacer lift with a coil lift. I have a Warn Elite bumper and M8000 winch which dropped the front about an 1". The spacers are 2.5" front and 1" rear which brought the JK to level. This is on a 2dr with softtop.

What I'd really like is about 1/2" drop/rake in the front -- so when I load a 200-300 lbs of camping gear in the back it stays level.

When I look at the RK springs on JKs with a heavy front bumper/winch, it appears like the upper part of the coil is almost totally compressed. Doesn't that negate the purpose of a dual rate coil? So, why not just go with a normal coil like Teraflex/OME? (Asking this for info, not to be critical of RK.)

I have a 2011 JKU Rubicon, which apart from a couple of skids is basically stock and I'm looking at your 3.5 Flex System and 15" MB TKO wheels with 35" MT/Rs.

Anything to watch out for with this combination?

2012 JKUR and a similar problem. A little more clearance but track bar paint is scuffed from contact with exhaust. Ideas?

thanks for the reply!
Yes in short it is the loading that is causing the jeep to sit uneven. If you add weight to the back it not only lowers the rear but also takes weight off of the front. When you leverage the weight so far behind the rear axle (with a spare tire and rear bumper) that weight effects the vehicles stance more then weight in the front would (winch and bumper). There is not as much leverage on the front weight of a JK as there is on the rear. Another thing that is also true that was mentioned here is that the flares on a JK are not the most accurate thing to judge height off of. If you took an angle finder and put it on the window channel of the door with the window rolled down this will give you a much more accurate way to see how level or not your rig is sitting.

Our rear spring wedges are designed to alleviate some of the spring bow that the rear JK coils have. This wedge will indeed net you a small amount of lift height due to the fact that when it straightens the coil more as well as gaining .25"-.50" from the thickness of the wedge. A spring spacer would also be an acceptable way of remedying this.

Thanks for posting this. I love rock krawler, I had it in my g.c. Looking to put a 3" lift in, and wondering if you ever have rebates on them? Just curious.

I haven't seen a response on this... (Since it's been a while I thought I would bump it up) I would kinda like to see an answer before ordering my lift.
