@gnarly_mike I apologize that we have missed some posts on this board. We more or less only hop on when JK-forum sends us an email that there has been a reply. Those emails are not very consistent I'm finding as you can see they emailed us today at 1:25PM that you replied Tuesday at 8:35 PM. I don't have an email of other replies. I've attached a screen shot, though I did block out some information as im not going to post customer's email accounts. I do want to remind everyone that our phone lines are on Monday-Friday 10-6 EST and that will always be the fastest, most consistent way to get answers to problems. I try to be very transparent and I'll do the same here.
Our instructions for the X Factor Long Arm have not changed since 2016 as the production of the kit has not changed in ways that would impact the install, you're referencing a "new" kit but I don't know what new kit you're referring to. A 2.5" lift is low to be on high clearance bent long arms and depending on several other factors may need trimming more so than a 3.5 or greater, we can certainly add something to instructions to let people know that more trimming is required but in nearly 10 years of the kit being in production, it has not been an issue. For the brake lines, They can be seen in the photos in the instruction manual, they sit above the mount, I'm not sure what issue you found there. I have seen about 6 jeeps that had a factory loop in that spot, that varied across several years, no rhyme or reason to them. If yours had a loop there, simply roll it out of the way without kinking the line. The 2014 and 2016's I just installed the same arm system into did not have it.
I understand you're upset but I'll say again, our tech support lines are on Monday-Friday 10-6 EST and when you have questions, you should call. Our techs can trade emails with you, give more in depth photos and often are willing to go snap a specific photo off of a jeep if we have one here at the time with the system you're working on. Frankly. we're all jeepers and are happy to talk about Jeeps and help you out.

I'm lokong at piecing together a 3.5 lift for my 2016 JKUR. Can you tell me the difference between part numbers 07125 and 04853? would one of these be preferred over the other?

RK04853 comes with front sway bar disconnects and replacement brake lines (in addition to rear sway bar links, rear track bar bracket, spring correction wedges, etc.)
RK07125 comes with no front links (the stock rears move to the front) and brake line drop brackets (in addition to rear sway bar links, rear track bar bracket, spring correction wedges, etc.)
If you have an email address you want to PM me, I'll shoot copies of both build sheets over to you, I couldn't get them to paste in a legible format here and they're too long to screen shot.

LOL, I'm not the most computer savvy... It did an update on Friday that looks a little different... IDK, I'll have to have one of the IT guys fix it...
