I ended up going with the N-fab wheel to wheel side steps. While they are not rockers they are side steps and look great on the jeep. Thanks for everyones input!

I went with White Knuckle. They're strong, and bolt to the frame. They do stick out a bit ( as much as the fenders ) so they do kinda attract rocks.
