There's a RC rep on here. I'm sure he'll chime in as soon as he see this.

If not try to PM him.

I too am having problems with front to rear slop in the joints. I have the complete front and rear upper and lower set.
Not sure but I suspect the stock metrics bolts are too small and need to be a US standard size. Also waiting for a responce back from tech support.

I called tech support today and it sounds like i need rebuild kits for the joints...using the stock metric bolts is correct apparently. They did not answer my email so not sure why they even offer that as a form of communication.

I emailed them a question about a part of their install vid for the 3.5" series II lift 2 weeks ago and still have not got a response . I have purchased the lift and installed it this week and have had some issues but worked through them myself cause of the lack of reponse to my email. I hope if i have any further problems the response time is better .

I have to bump this to see if they will respond to your problem. I installed the 3.5 system with their dual stabilizer and the passenger side unit was contacting the tie rod or track bar bracket. I'm still waiting for a response to that

I can never get through by email. Give them a phone call, they will help you.

I hate to say this but you get what you pay for, and that includes customer service.
