Is it possible to mount Rubi Mopar Rack Rails on a Sahara with side steps? I've found a good deal on some rails, but don't want to lose the steps...When the time comes for the lift and sliders it won't be a problem, but for now I thought having both on might meet my needs.

 

Not that I know of. They both mount in the same places. You could always get the Rubi Rails and then get the tube kit for them from Woods.......IF he has them in production yet.

No. They are an add-on that are welded to your rubi rails.
