Stock Rubi bumpers are the same plastic ones as the other models. I'm going to assume you're looking for Hard Rock edition bumpers?

You are looking for Hard Rock Edition bumpers, not Rubicon bumpers. Rubicon models come with the same junk plastic crap as a base sport, but Rubicon Hard Rock comes with the Mopar over priced yet far thinner and weaker steel bumpers that have the bolt on/off ends that you like.

They sure aren't 3/16" plate, but they are better than the plastic junk by far.

They're also called Rubicon "X" bumpers and Rubicon 10th Anniversary "10A" bumpers. That can help you find some more options.

I think they started on the Rubicon 10A in 2013.

Basically the highest trim level Rubicons from 2013-2016.
