Default Rubicon Owners: Flashpaq or Traildash?

Having a programmer after installing a lift is a must on many levels and I am getting ready to pull the trigger on one. Going to be installing on a 2009 4dr Rubicon with a Teraflex 3.5 and 35s.

I have spent a lot of time searching the threads and it seams that there are definitely great reviews on all sides which is great. However, with Rubicons there are so many features that will be unlocked and customizable.

If you are a Rubicon owner, here is my two main questions:
1) Are you using the Traildash and what made you choose it?
2) If you are not using the Traildash, what programmer are you using and what made you choose it?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

I went with the FlashPaq. It does everything I need and then some. It's not nearly as flashy as the traildash though.

And how did you do your swaybar and lockers before? You hit a button.

I run the FlashPaq, only because when I bought it the trail dash was not out. If it was, I would have gone with the Trail Dash. I like the ability to see some of the engine/Trans temps, battery voltage, etc.

x2 on the real time gauge read out. The transmission fluid temp is useful offroad and the battery voltage is useful since i got a winch and 7 hella 500's wired up to my stock battery. And yes I know... duel battery and mean green, I just haven't got there yet. Also I like looking at the pitch and roll guages offroad. But theres one question I would like answered with the Traildash? Why would I lock my diff's in 4 high? I think that's just asking to tear the shit out of something.

WTO-JK -- Do you like having the buttons up higher on the dash? One of the benefits I might see is that you can quickly check a feature to see if its on and control it from one place.

Is it easier to switch 'presets'? Let's say you want to switch from a preset of '91 octane' to 'Crawl' ... is the Traildash easier so that you do not have to replug it back in? But does anyone really switch the presets that much?

Also does anyone use the logging/graphing feature and find it useful?

tnt008 --- good to know. planning on adding a winch and lights too. Regarding the diff's in 4 high - there are times when I offroad in 4 high. I rarely want to lock the fronts in 4H, but really wish I would have had just the lockers on in the rear in 4H (rear posies essentially). It would have helped me get through the first time.

I'm not a mud guy but if you like goin through mud a higher speeds than 4 lo would allow I could see being able to lock front and rear would be beneficial. I run the Flashpaq on my 6sp Rubi and I am very satisfied with it. Its programmed on the 91 octane setting and the power difference is definitely noticeable. Plus I like clearing the DTC's if and when they pop up.

I have the SuperChips Do Dad, and it works great, tons of features. Guess I'll have to sell mine to get the new Wiz Bang Model. :-)
