I have an 07 that are corroded under the paint and my wife's 12 is doing the same. Pull them and paint them with the Rustoleum truck bed liner. Don't waste money on covering it up or replacing the hinges when it is so easy to fix yourself.
This or have them fixed under warranty. Also, make sure to do the drilled mirror mod to prevent water from draining from the mirrors down inside the door.

I did that on mine. Didn't help anything. There has to be a barrier between the hinge and the door that Chrysler doesn't do. The drilled mirror mod helps the mirror drain faster and that's about it. The galvanic corrosion will occur regardless due to the horrible paint job from the factory. It's only a matter of time.....
