Does anyone know if you Have to use the Vaccum relocating Kit with a rugged ridge winch mount bumper on a 2012 jk. I havent taken off my stock bumper yet and I want to be able to go right on with new bumper when I do. So I fugure if I need the Relocateing kit I would just wait to remove bumper when I have the kit in hand....thanks Guys I like to be able to finish a project when I start it......
