Rugged Ridge wheel backspacing???

Rugged Ridge wheel backspacing???
I just picked up a jeep with rugged ridge wheels 17x9 and I am having a hard time finding the backspacing on them. The original owner has wheel spacers which make the wheels stick past fenders a solid 2 inches.
Before I pull them off I want to know if its worth it. The wheels have 33x12.5 MTZs on them

We ran 37" 12.50 17 tires on wheels that had 4 3/4" back spacing. Only experienced rubbing at full turn.
Try it out.... I think you'll be fine. Lots of JK's runing 17 rims w/ 4 3/4 back spacing and I dont recall hearing any issues.
