37's under a JK with a 2.5" or 3.5" kit usually require a set of flat fenders or trimmed factory flares. 37's are definitely a popular choice for JK's these days but they normally do require a little more then what you had on your original list as others here have stated.

If you add a 1inch body to the 3.25 you should be fine with lift, But why 37s?? Consider your actual use before committing, youll be looking at spending at least 3k more in just prep work for 37s vs if you would go with something at 35 inchs. Saves you some money and gets you the same weekend fun.just my 2 cents
