Default Settle suspension after leveling kit

I Know I saw this info somewhere before, but now I can't find it again. I installed a teraflex leveling kit and I read something about loosening some of the suspension components and shaking the jeep around to settle it into its new position and then re-tightening. Exactly which components and bolts should I loosen?

All of the control arm and track bar bolts should be torqued at ride height(wheels on the ground).

It's just so the bushings aren't being constantly under twist which may wear them out faster.
