I have 3" of lift and 35"s. I'm looking for a shock with the most travel... putting on flat flairs so I will have a lot of room for up travel also.????

Have exact same setup. currently running Bilstein 5100s that originally came with 2" lift. Just as interested in hearing experiences.

Make sure your brake lines are long enough for the extra flex though.

Check with Dave at Northridge 4x4. They carry Old man emu long travel shocks. I think these would be just what you are looking for. If you do a search you can find a lot of info on here about them.

Your shock at full extension should match your coil at full extension. Otherwise the coil will drop out if your shock is too long. You would need a limiting strap or coil spring retainers to hold them in.
