Default shocks or extenders on TF BB?

I know its kinda lame but I really like the look of the solid red shocks under my rubi from the rear. I am going to order a TF BB tonight or tommorrow and would like to know if the shocks option is worth it. Do the shocks have any benefit over just getting the extenders and keeping these sweeeeet red shocks and some change?

I got the shocks but that just b/c I have an X. The shocks that come on the Rubi just as good, if not better then the Tera Flex shocks. I think you should be good going with the extensions especially if you want to keep them.

Good luck with the purchase

I personally kept my stock shocks and went with the extenders. Been very happy with them so far.

i also got the tera shocks. But I also have an x. My friend has a rubi and just got the extenders. Both rides feel the same way to me. Save the dough, get the extenders.

Shocks for those with an x model. I didn't go this route but that's because I plan to obtain some HD springs and high performance shocks so I needed to save some coin first.

Don't forget, a can of spray paint will make any shock you want red!

I used the rubi shocks with extensions for about a year and was very happy with them. If I didnt get a deal on my rancho 9000's, I would still be using that setup.

The extenders get my vote. I am about to put the daystar 1 3/4 inch boost on mine and I am looking for a set of extenders.

I got the 2.5" Spring Lift with the shock extensions - works great for me.
