You won't be disappointed. Many muffler shops will build "custom" systems but very few will have a mandrel bender, or can offer a dyno tuned system for optimum performance and sound. The price of our cat-back systems reflect the design that is involved, along with the warranty, in addition to the cost of materials. We take the guess work out of choosing what will sound and perform best on this specific vehicle. Let me know if you need any help or have any questions with the install.

This is exactly why I will be going with MBRP when I change my exhaust.

Is Power Rd in Mesa too far from you?

I know a shop out here that sells Magnaflow and does custom exhaust work.

On Power Rd just south of University Dr on the east side of the street directly across from the big car wash on the west side of the street. It's in the old Chronic Car Stereo location.

A large part of the cost of those kits is the inventory of all the parts plus the packaging and shipping. A fab shop pays less for the raw tubes and their inventory costs are lower for each job.

What are your performance gains for the JK with your exhaust added and NO other mods.

What are your performance gains for the JK with your exhaust added and anyone's Cold Air Intake?

I allready ordered the MBRP kit and will be installing soon. I have heard only good things about it and their awesome customer service. I seriously did lots of research and nothing sounds better, looks better or hopefully performs better as well. I am like a kid in a candy store right now. I cant wait.

An install shop has overhead like any other business...I don't know how you claim that a fab shop pays less for materials than a company who buys material by the truck load?

Here is the dyno and baseline from our JK when it was BONE STOCK:

Feel free to ask any questions. I am happy to answer.

Dyno results with additional bolt on's depend on what brand you use. Results will vary but our exhaust is consistent.

I am more than happy with those results. I will probably do the install myself too so I can learn more and bond with my jk. Thanks for all the info Steve.

No problem! Good to hear you're going to do a little wrenching! I had the pleasure of installing one with no hoist, no hydro, no power tools in MOAB at JK Jam 2009...If we could pull it off in just over an hour on our backs, I'm sure you'll be able to get it done in no time.
