I was wheeling at the uwharrie and slid off a rock on to my lower control arm bracket, just looks bent a little, no broken welds. It also broke off the grease fitting. I think I can get it out with an easy out.

Purejeep makes some great LCA skids. Have them welded in place and you'll wheel with confidence. :beer:

Undo your ca and bend it back out with a big crecent wrench. CA skids are a good idea too for reinforcing.
