Default Shrockworks

I know I have seen other posts regarding this company. I ordered a front mid-width bumper from them over a month ago. I have sent several emails for updates, and have only had 1 answered which was the first week after I purchased the bumper. These guys make me nervous, as I have read so many threads trashing them and their customer service. The quality never seems to be an issue, once you finally receive the product. The problem is, like anyone else waiting 3 months or more for a front bumper is just stupid. Plus, after 90 days you have no recourse with the bank. I am thinking of cancelling my order, and if they dont refund 100% of my funds handling it with my bank.

Anyone have similiar situation with them?

Thanks all

I have a Shrockworks bumper that I was lucky enough to find used. The quality is top-notch. I don't have any complaints about the bumper. But when ordering new, people seem to be waiting 6-8 months. In the saturated JK aftermarket parts world this seems obsured to me.

Shrockworks has a reputation for not delivering for many, many months.

If I may give some advice, look at LOD instead!

I ordered the same bumper and Warn Powerplant from Them. The PowerPlant was Shipped in a week and the Bumper took almost 8 weeks. It was
worth the wait. I get a lot of Compliments on the Bumper and Looks Awesome with the PowerPlant Winch.

Ya I waited a long time for my rear bumper and tire carrier, they told me 12 weeks delivery, I think it took 13 weeks, but you see, I knew about this before I ordered, and good things come to those who wait. Sorry if you didn't do your homework before ordering.

LOVE MY SHROCKWORKS

I've had their front bumper and sliders and I loved them. I had them on my old truck in upstate New York and never had an issue with the powder coating or rust. I hit a deer going 55mph and it didn't even dent the front bumper, they make a really excellent product. I just asked them the turn around time for their bumpers and they said it was about a 3-3.5 month turn around time right now. I am looking at getting the rear bumper for my Jeep. A buddy of mine got their rear bumper and it took a long time for him to get it but like it was previously stated their product is worth the wait.

I ordered my stubby from them in April and didn't receive it until august. I knew I was going to be waiting awhile but when it did come in I was pleased with the quality. I did email them a few times while waiting for it to show up and they always responded within a few days. If you don't feel like waiting, you should look into the LoD bumpers.

Buddy ordered rear way back and just received it the other day. He's like a kid on Christmas morning with that thing! Once you get their stuff, then it seems like everyone feels like the wait was worth it.

I ordered the front, rear and sliders the first part of Sept and was told 12 week lead time when I ordered. I asked them for some custom stuff, so I figured it would take longer. The sliders came in almost 3 weeks ago, the front bumper is suppose to show up next week, with the rear showing up the following week.

I've usually called to check on things, and they have always been super nice to deal with. Like others have said, if you're willing to wait its worth it (the sliders are really nice. I can't wait to see the front bumper to see how the custom stinger came out (I haven't wanted pictures so it would be a surprise for me.)!

Thanks guys, they responded yesterday. I typically stick to Poison Spyder on my JK and River Raider on my TJ. I am sure I will be tickled with the Front Bumper when it arrives, just 3.5 months is a long ass time when you are spoiled after dealing with Poison Spyder. I just wanted a front mid width bumper as opposed to a stubby which PSC doesnt offer.

I did do research on these guy's, and new it was a wait time. Just didnt imagine 3 months. Anyway, thanks for all the positive replies
