Default Skinny tires

Here's the deal, I don't want big fat tires that'll 'float' on snow, I want tall (35 or 37) skinny tires that'll cut through snow like its not even there, i.e. perform over looks. Bonus is I have a friend who'd be willing to take my smoked Mountain Edition MOABs.

Here are the Qs:
-Can I run 15" steel rims safely?
-Is a 4" lift ok w/37" tires?
-Should I get Diffs. w/4" lift?
-are 37" ok w/D30 front?

-What else?

->>will get 4.88 gears + rear lockers

I was somewhat in the same position you were a few weeks ago. I wanted something that was both tall but didn't look like an oversized stuffed donut. My dad runs a 37" 13.5 Toyo and while these tires are absolutely bomb ass they are just too wide for me. Instead of going with the Toyos I went with the Goodyear MTR/K in a 37" 12.5 flavor and I feel they are perfect. Not too wide but still enough to get the job done.

As far as a 4.5" lift and 37's you'll have plenty of space to fit them. Might have to do a little pinch seam trimming but other than that you'll be fine.
