They go for about $300 on the four door and slightly cheaper maybe about $270 for the two door.

I have these on my two door and they have protected me a lot. Yes I need to paint them again and yes I have a few dents in the bottom of them but I have come down on some rocks very hard and knew it would have been big body damage if it was not for them.

The 3rd bar under is slightly higher than the frame so it is not the lowest point.

Take a look at my Facebook page (link in my signature) for a bunch of pictures of them installed and in action.

Also on a side note the installation is super simple. On the two door it is a total of 8 bolts to remove and reinstall. After installing them I picked each side of the Jeep up with a forklift and had no issues at all.

Good product and very cheap.

*ATTENTION* The Smittybilt XRC rock guards with step are GARBAGE. I didnt even make it 1/4 of the way through the install before multiple problems arose. First, out of the box, the powdercoating was torn down to bare metal in multiple parts from the way they were packaged. Second, It was missing some of the mounting hardware... makes it hard to install if it doesnt have any bolts. Third, it comes with these brackets to install the slider to the pinch seam. These brackets have studs pressed into them. The moment I tried to tighten the nuts down, the studs fell out. Making it impossible to tighten.

This is my first experience with SmittyBilt. I find it almost impossible to beleive that a company that big would have such horrible quality control. These will be returned to 4wheelparts first thing in the morning.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Your frustration is understandable. I just put on the SRC Rocker Guards and was a little worried after the stories I've read. However, they went on with no problems at all. I'm aware of the possibility of denting the center of the rocker but I will just need to be careful. Good luck with your replacement choice.

I just installed src guards today. I can't say I'll ever order smittybilt again. To start, mine had chipped powder coating as well. Also the alignment was awful, which resulted in a lot of drilling holes bigger and grinding edges. This turned into an all day project with a buddy and the only way I got the guards into place was with a floor jack. Putting my frustration aside, I'm happy with them now that they are on!
