The guy who bent his piston connector and ruined his engine with only 4000 miles on it must have been a noobie! Who goes out there and does that with only 4000 miles on the jeep besides someone without a clue?

Crap! I just paid $178 free shipping last week. I could've saved $28 :facepalm: Oh well looks super nice and is functional. I'm happy!

A snorkal also helps keep the air intake up high enough so that it does not ingest as much dirt.

I made mine. I couldn't see dropping $300 every time I hit a branch I get better MPG than my factory air box, and it DOES stay cleaner on our dusty Texas trails/beach.

... also- if you have comp than submersion is covered according to Progressive.
