Just remember... snorkels can fail too. After playing in the heavy mud I like to hold my cig up to my intake to chck vacuum. Al you need is a breach below your water line.

Do you have to cut or remove any parts on ur jk when installing a snorkel? Is the snorkel the same as a volant? I had a volant on my 2008 and wasn't impressed with the whistling noise that came from it. Can someone post some pics of what the snorkel install looks like under the hood?
