So it's not my brakes squeaking, what could it be?

I think you misinterpreted my explaination, might have been the way I explained myself though. I did not replace my stock brake pads because there was close to 50% on them left, so it's not the ceramic pads because they're still in the box.

I checked that too, all looked good - but it's worth another check. Thing is, the squeak is sorta like....I hate to use this analogy but everyone should be able to relate - when you're gettin' it on with your significant other in a crappy bed and it squeaks. The same squeak, same speeds, fast or slow. It's as if the squeak wouldn't really come from the dust shield in the back IF it was making contact, you know what I mean? I could be wrong though.

This is driving me nuckin' futs...

Not doubting you, but how do you know your shaft is warped? Did you take them out to inspect, or have a reputable 4x4 shop inspect and come to that conclusion? I never really hear about axle shafts warping, it usually snaps or strips, thats all.... I'd like to think if it was warped though that it would also squeak at any speed, and also cause my jeep to be all over the place and have a rougher ride, but my jeep seems to be riding perfectly fine.

Are the holes elongated? The picture makes them look like they are. If they are elongated, it's a sign of another issue, maybe unrelated to the squeak.

I hear a high pitched squeak from the front of my JK, too. On mine, I believe it's the front left brake.

There is no evidence of brake drag. It gets no hotter than the other front brake. I think it's doing it because the caliper may not be releasing enough to prevent it from squeaking. Because I see no damage or extra heat, I've decided to let it go, but keep an ear/eye on it and do something about it only when other symptoms begin to show.

Glad you chimmed in. The picture isn't actually my rig, it's just a random pic to help others follow me better. I have about 1/16'' of an inch around the lugs themselves on the outer plate (the "plate" that sits flush against the wheel when you slide it over the lugs) - not sure what that plate is called...the hub plate? I know I said I have about 1/4" in my post earlier, but I should have said 1/16" cause 1/4" is too much - it's not that much. Also as stated, the lugs themselves have the ever so slightest of play when I want to move them manually. I'll grab them, turn, they move that 1/16" of an inch, hit the outer hole on the plate, and then the axle turns along with the driveshaft....no grinding noise, no squeak, nothing.

I would triple check the new drive shaft. Especially the double cardan joint. Make sure all zert fittings got lubed up real good. Make sure you find all 3 zert fittings on that joint it is easy to miss one. You should also have at least one fitting that makes you kick, scream and cuss the driveshaft

When u here the squeak apply light pressure to the brakes if the noise goes away it is your brake pads . My rears squeak just like your fronts when i apply light brake pressure the noise goes away . I replaced my pads and brake hardware used a good break hardware lube and prob fixed till i got into some mud on the trails now its back so i have to clean again. I am a mechanic for a living . If you still here noise when you apply the brake lightly start looking at wheel bearing seals , it was said earlier to spin the wheel by hand to see if you can hear it that will be your best way to find the noise.

It was my understanding that the Coast has 1 zerk fitting, on the shaft - which distributes the grease in the joints. Can others who have a Coast 1310 Front DS comment if there are other zerk fittings that I missed? If there are, that could be the issue right there as I have only greased my DS in that one fitting. Would feel kinda stupid if there are 2 other fittings that I missed.

When I step on the brakes, the squeak still presents itself. It also seems to dissipate as the caliper goes back in (after driving it for a little after I press the brakes.) Brakes work fine also, no lack of braking performace noticed.
