Default soft top uppers leaking
Anybody know how to seal up the soft top uppers so I don't get rained on inside the jeep?

Full doors leak just as bad. Search for "fuggin leaky top" in the stock section

Soft tops have always leaked to one degree or another. If it's more than a drop or two, take it to your dealer and see if you need some adjustment. Not that you would ever do it but many times issues are operator error with installation or alignment.
