Overfilling a little bit is no big deal. JKs have semi-floating rears, so the net level isn't really that much higher by overfilling a small amount as most of it will run down the shafts to lube the axle bearings. If you had a problem with cavitation, you would mostly likely be getting a drip or two out of your vent tube.

I'm .5 quart over in front and 1.0 quart over in the rear with SOLID covers and rear pinion angle corrected with rear UCAs.

Solid states 1.5-2.3(whatever that means), some say 1.5, some say 1.3, some say "little less that two". What is the correct answer? Also, is it ok to use 75w90 in the front and rear, manual states to use 75W140 in the rear?
what fluid do you plan on useing? Amsoil states 2.8 pints in front 4.7 pints in the rear. If my calculations are right it would take right at 5 quarts to do front and back, If you use Amsoil severe gear 75w-90 Synthetic EP then you would be fine useing that front and rear i just checked with my local dealer the total would be $53.61

This is my plan when i have my ARB diff coveres installed!
