Spare Tire Relocation Bracket????
search for daystar bump stops. they're fairly inexpensive and just replace the stock ones. then you can trim off whatever you don't need.
I bought “take off” (tires and wheels taken off at the dealership when customers upgrade them before taking ownership) JLs and I have a JK, they fit well but I’m also getting Spidertrax wheel spacers, they have ones that convert JK studs into the larger JL studs. My question is does anyone know of any company that makes or can custom make a JK to JL stud tire relocation bracket? So I only need one socket for JLs when I do my tire rotations.

I don’t think the much larger lugs would fit the holes, I wasn’t even aware you could take the old ones out, figured it was like most I’ve seen where they are welded in place. I guess maybe drill out the holes, but isn’t that part plastic or polymer, not sure if it could handle getting drilled and hammered on. I’ll have to look into it.
You realize you're only talking the difference between 14mm JL studs and 1/2" JK studs. That isn't a big difference. You could have run those JL wheels on your JK with the 1/2" wheel studs just fine, but I presume you wanted or needed wheel spacers regardless. Anyhow, the knurled portion of the wheel stud that presses in should be practically the same size between the two studs. Even if you needed to widen the hole a small bit that is a couple seconds of work with any drill and a step drill bit. I'm not sure what you're working with as far as spare tire mount, if it's factory or not. It's been a long time since I've seen a factory mount and can't recall. You may very well be right about the studs being welded in. I wouldn't say you could drill those out, but a dremel with a cut off disc could cut the weld allowing you to pound the old stud out and a new stud in. Again, it's been forever since I've seen a factory spare mount and I can't recall how those studs are in that thing.

update: So I got an idea from spidertrax they say most buy a single wheel spacer (have to call to order a single) and use it as a spare tire conversion, not sure how much I like that idea. Mostly not a fan of going from 3 lug bolts up to 5 on the back, but it would be nice, I’m not looking to raise the spare tire any (luckily my Jeep is a Oscar Mike edition, came with a AEV rear bumper and even a 33 fits with no problems). If you go any higher it will block the third tail light (without spending more money on an extension for it) but with this 1.5” wheel spacer it will bring it out more without raising it any. So both positive and negative results, but I’m going to do it since it seems as of now anyway, that it’s really the only thing to do in my situation.
