Default spring install question

I'm currently running a TF coil leveling kit with stock length bilstein shocks. I am going to be putting on light duty OME springs. Do I need to loosen the bolts on my control arms when I install the new springs? I know it said to when I did the TF kit. I saw a write up on installing the 2" OME lift (same springs i'm doing) and they didnt say to do that.

I've changed springs three times, including installing OME springs the last time, and I have never fooled with the control arm bolts. I undo the shocks and the sway bar links, and that has always been enough to allow room for swapping springs. Some say to undo the track bar, but I never have had to.

Yes, you should loosen them, lower it to the ground, bounce up and down on the bumpers a few times, and then re-tighten.
