Can anybody confirm that the shifting issues on 2012+ auto-trans Wranglers have already been remedied by now?

Anyone has any experience with Sprintex in California and know any good installers? Or even RIPP?

I'd like to see if I could ride with someone who has either. My JK is struggling a little too much uphill these days.

Currently 37" Nitto Trail Grapplers running on 4.88 - downside is it's a 2017 so the PCM changes (if needed?) might not be ready for it.

Yes, for the foreseeable future, an ECU swap will be necessary. Those Trail Grapplers are REALLY heavy. Rotational mass has a detrimental affect on power to the wheel. Lighter tire would help if you do not want to add FI.
