West Texas Offroad will rebuild the box with new bearings and seals for a few hundred if it is a Delphi steering box (rusty usually).
If you have a 2009 it's likely a China made box (black finish). Those can not be rebuilt.
If you buy a new box it will be a China box.
WTO will also sell rebuild kits (seals and bearings) for around $45 if I remember right, if you want to try rebuilding it yourself.

Had mine rebuilt by Howe Performance as part of my hydro assist upgrade.
They certainly are not cheap but the quality appears to be top notch (havent finished the upgrade yet). The box gets rebuilt, repainted and they magnaflux the sector shaft for cracks. In my case, I ended up needing a new shaft. Also all the bolts get saftey wired. Howe really looks like they give alot of attention to detail
